General Duties and Responsibilities: Collect patient health history: Counsel and educate patients and their families on treatment plans pertaining to HCV, HIV, STI’s, MAT and Narcan training Understand and educate patients on HARM reduction techniques, administer medication Performing administrative tasks, such as creating patient charts and ordering supplies Draw blood and label appropriately Chart short description of each visit for Provider or MA visit Perform phlebotomy Obtain vitals including height, weight, BP, pain level, pulse, and respiratory rate Obtain labs as ordered – properly label samples with the first initia...
