Overall Responsibilities: LEER Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to join our sales team. As a TSM, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales within your assigned territory. You will report to the Director of Sales and work closely with both internal teams and external customers to develop strategic sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with current clients. RESPONSIBILITIES: ◦ Manage sales activities within your designated geographic region, focusing on both new and existing customers. ◦ Identify and develop relationships with potential clients, including independent dealers, retail chains, and fleet operators. ◦ Regularly travel within your territory to meet customers, conduct presentations, and ensure customer satisfaction. ◦ Conduct product demonstrations, provide pricing information, and resolve customer inquiries or issues. ◦ Work with the Director of Sales to develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies that drive growth and meet revenue targets. ◦ Identify new business opportunities, including product cross-selling and expanding market presence in underd...
