Downer Professional Services comprises of three business units our Technical, Advisory, and Capability consulting practice, and Team Downer , which partners with CASG and NSSG as a major service provider to Defence . Together, we are a multi-disciplinary advisory and delivery partner of choice for clients across Defence and National Security. We currently have an opportunity for a Systems Administrator in Canberra to work on a Cyber Security Operations Systems Program project . What You’ll Do: This role offers a broad scope, with key role responsibilities including: Providing basic support and troubleshooting for all COSPO products Logging or assisting with the logging of support requests Maintain & administer DCR and SDTE infrastructure and endpoints Auditing and asset management of COSPO owned materiel, at unit locations Coordination and assistance with COSPO products’ upgrades/updates/maintenance What You’ll Bring: Experience in IT Administration including Linux commands and Level 2 trouble shooting support.
