Projects Subcontract Integrator Team Lead– Experienced or Senior Company: Boeing Aerospace Operations Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Projects Subcontract Integrator Team Lead to join our team in Hertford, NC, supporting mission critical government programs. This position will require the support of sourcing strategies, subcontract negotiation, the documentation of contracts and agreements, and the preparation and execution of proprietary information agreements and teaming agreements. It will also require the communication of performance expectations and use of metrics to evaluate, monitor, and improve supplier performance. The Experienced Subcontract Administrator will be working with a multi-disciplinary team to quickly and effectively address facilities and construction needs for a U.S. Government customer. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced, self-directed role and deadline-driven environment. Experience implementing process and/or strategy improvements will be a plus.
