Description Tilson is seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resources Representative to support full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with confidence, and enjoys building positive employee experiences. Experience: The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of HR experience and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Must be a great communicator with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Experience with Lattice and Paylocity is a plus.
