Senior Staff Technical Program Manager, AI Innovation and Research

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in program management. Preferred qualifications: - 10 years of experience managing complex cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience as a technical program manager delivering complex, multi-year AI/ML systems, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, or self-sustaining agent frameworks at a executive staff or director level. - Experience managing large-scale cloud or ML compute infrastructure (e.g., TPUs, Colossus) and complex resource allocation/capacity planning strategies. - Familiarity with trust and safety, policy compliance, and platform distribution policies for consumer-facing AI and mobile products. - Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), developer tools (IDEs, Buganizer, Gerrit), mobile application architectures (Android), and multi-agent systems (RAG, Model Context Protocol (MCP)).
