👀 What we are looking for 🧑‍💻 What you’ll be working on 🤑 What you’ll get - Professional qualification from an internationally recognised body (e.g. ICA, ACAMS) - Deep knowledge of the EU regulatory environment and key financial crime regimes - Ability to exercise oversight, knowledge and understanding of financial crime and AML policies, procedures and control arrangements in a complex financial operation - Academic Background: Advanced degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Law, Finance, or Business. - EMI & Crypto practical knowledge of the French and EU regulatory environment. Knowledge and experience in other EU markets is also welcome! - Scaling Experience: track record of managing compliance in an entity that operates across multiple EU borders. - Ability to translate complex legal text into actionable operational workflows for product and engineering teams. - Native-level fluency in French (for communications, regulatory reporting and legal interpretation) and full professional proficiency in English (for group-level communication and documentation drafting including policies and procedures).
