******The schedule for this role consists of rotating day and night shifts****** Position Summary: Provides high quality nursing care for assigned patients in collaboration with and under the direction of a Registered Nurse, using a scientific and humanistic focus. The Corning Hospital LPN utilizes a holistic systems approach to protect and promote patient wellness and safety. LPN’s will be patient centered, promote teamwork and strive for excellence. Experience: High ethical standards with respect to discretion and confidentiality. Ability to conduct self professionally at all times. Must be able to assist patients with bed mobility, transfers, and ambulation with assistive devices utilizing proper body mechanics at all times. Must be friendly and a team player that fosters a teamwork approach.
