The Proposal & Content Manager is a strategic advisor within McGuireWoods’ Marketing & Business Development department, responsible for leading high-stakes pursuits and strengthening how the firm presents its capabilities in the market. This role partners closely with attorneys and Business Development to shape pursuit strategy, manage complex RFPs and cross-practice pitches, and deliver clear, persuasive, client-focused proposals that drive new business. Combining strong writing with operational rigor, the role translates complex legal and business concepts into compelling, client-aligned narratives. The Proposal & Content Manager also leads continuous improvement across the pursuit function – refining processes, advancing best practices, and leveraging technology and AI to increase efficiency and results.
