Manager, College Success Road to Hire is seeking exceptional mission-aligned talent to join its team, as it pivots to a new chapter to position itself for new heights of success and organizational excellence. The Manager, College Success leads a coaching team dedicated to driving academic persistence, degree completion, and career outcomes for scholarship-supported students. This role blends people leadership, student impact, data-driven strategy, and operational management to ensure students graduate on time and transition successfully into internships and full-time employment. The Manager maintains a small caseload to model strong advising practice while building systems that scale impact across the full student population. Reports To : VP, Student Success Location : Hybrid; residence in the Charlotte region required with in-office presence Tuesday–Thursday. Occasional evenings and weekends required to support student success efforts.
