ATI is currently hiring for a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor within our Shared Services Talent Acquisition team who will primarily support hourly & salary recruitment for our manufacturing facilities. This is an onsite position at our Corporate HQ (Dallas, TX) 5 days per week. Our talent acquisition team solves our hiring needs by applying industry best practices and their knowledge of the recruitment landscape to identify, assess and deliver top talent to our internal customers. Our Talent Acquisition team recruits for both hourly & salary positions, including, but not limited to, Maintenance Workers, Machinists, Quality, R&D, and Operations.
