About the Role: We are looking for Resource Management Specialist for a 6 month FTC, you'll bridge the gap between manual processes and a scalable, tech-enabled model. You will design, build, and pilot an automated self-service resource management system that provides visibility across all production types from campaign bursts to ‘always-on’ content. This role is critical for solving visibility gaps within the EU XCM team, ensuring we can plan capacity, scale efficiently, and link investment directly to our creative output.
