Turning Point Global Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst / Agile Delivery Lead to play a central role in the delivery of a cloud-based system for the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE). The Business Analyst / Agile Delivery Lead will be the engine behind requirements definition, stakeholder engagement, and technical specification for this complex, multi-user marketplace platform. Working across the MSDE, multiple associated stakeholders, and the TurningPoint technical team, the Business Analyst / Agile Delivery Lead translates diverse stakeholder needs into clear, actionable user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria that drive Agile delivery.
