We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Equitable Network Outsourcing and Oversight Analyst to join our team. This role works closely with an outsourced vendor to support Financial Professionals with regards to variable and fixed annuity and life insurance business. Responsibilities will include ensuring the effective oversight of outsourced operations, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting senior leadership with actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, particularly within life and annuity processes, and possess advanced analytical capabilities. What You'll Be Doing: This position offers a flexible work schedule: it may be fully remote or hybrid. If you are located near one of our offices (e.g., Charlotte, NC) a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days on-site per week is expected to foster collaboration and connection.
