Company Overview Joby Flight Research designs, develops, and flight-tests novel aircraft using a software-first autonomy approach. We build and deploy autonomy, perception, planning, and radar systems across conventional, electric, and hydrogen-electric aircraft in both CTOL and VTOL configurations. Overview: Joby’s Flight Research group is seeking a highly capable Integrated Systems Test Lead to own system-level verification for new aircraft programs. This role sits at the intersection of simulation, embedded software, and hardware, and is responsible for building and operating a high-fidelity integration and verification platform that forms the backbone of system-level test infrastructure. You will define and implement the test strategy, infrastructure, and automation pipelines required to ensure system-level correctness and robustness. This role is critical to enabling fast iteration while maintaining high confidence in flight-critical systems.
