Global Indirect Procurement at Fresenius Kabi plays a critical role in enabling innovation, ensuring governance, and creating sustainable value across the organization. We are looking for an experienced professional to manage a strategic global R&D services portfolio and partner closely with senior stakeholders across Research, Clinical Operations and Medical Affairs. Your responsibilities: Execute global category strategies for R&D and professional services in alignment with the Category Lead Translate global strategy into annual sourcing plans and manage a sustainable sourcing pipeline Lead and co‑lead complex end‑to‑end sourcing initiatives, including tenders, RFPs and negotiations Drive cost savings and value creation across a complex, knowledge‑based services portfolio Negotiate commercial, contractual and service‑level agreements (MSA, SOW, SLA, WO) Manage contract lifecycle activities including amendments, renewals and work orders Ensure compliance with global procurement policies, financial controls and risk standards Manage supplier performance and deploy a global strategic supplier ecosystem across business units Act as a trusted business partner to R&D, Clinical Operatio...
