Job Description: We're looking for an experienced and motivated professional to join our Witcher 4 QA team as an Open World QA Analyst , with a strong focus on Community systems . In this role, you’ll be primarily responsible for testing and validating the behaviors, interactions, and overall quality of NPC communities across the open world - ensuring they feel alive, coherent, and reactive within a dynamic game environment. If you have a solid background in QA and enjoy working with complex systems (especially around AI behaviors, crowds and emergent interactions) and you’re passionate about creating believable, immersive worlds - this role is for you.
