Job description

The purpose of this role is to effectively and efficiently increase volume and market share through sales of the CooperSurgical Medical device portfolio of products. It is essential that good customer relationships are built and maintained, and that the territory is well segmented, and well covered. High levels of integrity and self-motivation are required to do this role, coupled with the requirement for planning skills and absolute accountability. Achievement of sales targets relative to the portfolio Deliverance of non sales objectives: Presenting products and services to both Clinical and Non-Clinical stakeholders The ability to work within the NHS and Private Sector Knowledge and understanding of the NHS and its revenue streams along with its 3rd party supply chains Education of customers on the features and benefits of each product, relative to their requirements Effective territory planning at customer and account level, along with segmentation of the business A clear understanding of the size of opportunity via business planning tools and market analysis Promotional activity at local, regional and national exhibitions and sponsorship opportunities Knowledge of the Theatre s...
