We provide a steady pipeline of residential and small-commercial jobs — you bring the tools, craftsmanship, and professionalism to get them done. Ideal candidates can work independently , perform their own on-site estimates , and represent the brand with pride. Responsibilities: Assess projects and prepare on-site estimates — verbal or written — based on scope and materials. - Perform a wide variety of repair and maintenance projects, including: - Drywall repair, patching, and painting - Trim, doors, windows, and finish carpentry - Fixture installations (lighting, ceiling fans, faucets, etc.) - Deck and fence repairs, power washing, and seasonal upkeep - Light plumbing and electrical (where permitted) - Communicate clearly with customers and office staff about timelines, materials, and expectations. - Maintain clean work areas and professional appearance. - Submit invoices weekly for complet...
