Position: Controller Position Summary: The Senior Vice President, Controller serves as the senior accounting executive of the company and a key member of the finance leadership team. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role has enterprise-wide responsibility for the integrity, transparency, and discipline of the company’s accounting and financial reporting functions. As the principal accounting leader of the organization, the Controller will lead and oversee all accounting operations including financial reporting, technical accounting, tax oversight, audit management, internal controls, and oversight of key third-party financial service providers across a multi-state communications enterprise. This executive will play a central role in ensuring the company’s financial infrastructure supports operational scale, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth. The Controller will lead and develop a sophisticated accounting organization while ensuring compliance with US GAAP, regulatory requirements, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) internal control standards.
