Job Family: Finance & Accounting Consulting Travel Required: Up to 10% Clearance Required: Ability to Obtain Secret What You Will Do: Our Financial Management professionals help our clients in Defense and National Security optimize all elements of their financial management structure by transforming business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, improving transparency and performance management, promoting change management, and complying with Federal laws and regulations. Specific initiatives and work products that this role supports include: Lead teams supporting DFAS financial reporting modernization, automation, and AI/analytics implementations Oversee development of analytic products, reconciliations, data pipelines, dashboards, or automation workflows Translate DFAS mission needs into technical and functional requirements for AI‑enabled solutions Manage workstreams addressing key DFAS pain points (JVs, IGT, Treasury reporting, variance analysis, etc.) Drive agile ceremonies: backlog refinement, sprint planning, feature decomposition, and stakeholder reviews Mentor junior staff, ensure quality delivery, and coordinate with client leadership Contribute to governance, docu...
