POSITION SUMMARY: The Summer Camp Lead is responsible for facilitating Martis Camp’s Summer Camp programming and providing outstanding leadership, energy, and care for campers. This role oversees a group of up to 12 children with support from Camp Counselors, ensuring a safe 6:1 camper-to-staff ratio. The Summer Camp Lead delivers educational and play-based programming, maintains a joyful and inclusive environment, and serves as the primary point of contact for camp staff, parents, and the Youth Programs Manager. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a genuine love for working with children.
