Duties will include but are not limited to performing preventive maintenance, responding to repair requests, conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing external contractors. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to support the optimal functioning of the building and its equipment. Duties/Responsibilities: Performs preventative maintenance, repairs, modifications and general facility maintenance tasks in the areas of painting, patching, fixtures, caulking, carpentry, etc. Responds to Facility Service Request tickets from building employees. Requests may include plumbing, HVAC, Lighting, roofing, electrical, furniture moves, spill cleanups, set-ups for meetings, and other miscellaneous requests.
