WORKFORCE STUDENT SUCCESS MANAGER Grade: 14 FLSA: Exempt Location: Williston Campus (Hybrid) Bargaining Unit: VSCUP-PAT BASIC FUNCTION: To provide comprehensive advising, enrollment support, and case management for learners entering Vermont State University through workforce programs, apprenticeships, and employer-sponsored education. Position is responsible for managing workforce-generated leads, supporting student progression into and through academic programs, and serving as the primary point of contact for HireAbility participants and students requiring disability-informed navigation. CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Enrollment Management & Lead Conversion (40%) - Manage and follow up on prospective students originating from workforce, apprenticeship, and employer-sponsored programs. - Conduct outreach to encourage matriculation, and support enrollment goals. - Coordinate with Admissions to align workforce lead processes, communication, and data tracking. - Develop continuation and enrollment plans for employer-sponsored learners and near-completers. - Use enrollment systems and reporting tools to monitor progress and inform outreach strategies.
