Description Mercy Home for Children a nonprofit agency providing comprehensive care to the intellectual and developmentally disabled adult population, is recruiting for a Full-time Quality Assurance Registered Nurse Supervisor to work alongside the Vice President of Nursing to oversee 13 OPWDD Residential Programs in Queens, Brooklyn & Baldwin Long Island. Position Summary: Under the general direction of the Vice President of Nursing , the QA Registered Nurse Supervisor is primarily responsible for the individuals' healthcare. To help individuals maintain and improve their health status by providing oversight to the LPN/RN nursing staff. To maintain adherence to medical protocols outlined by OPWDD regulations and Mercy Home Policy and Procedures. Represent the Agency by promoting and modeling the mission and core values of the Sisters of Mercy and Mercy Home.
