Job Summary: Performs maintenance and general upkeep of the facility and its equipment by cleaning, painting, landscaping, general repair work, etc. Job Responsibilities and Requirements: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Performs preventive and routine maintenance on facility equipment and systems, including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, utilities, communications, and bathing systems.
