Company: Mercer Description: Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) is recruiting an experienced Pensions Sales Consultant to drive new business and revenue growth within our Workplace Savings team. This senior, client-facing role is hybrid (minimum three days per week in the office) with regular travel to meet clients and intermediaries. Candidates can be based from any of our UK offices. About the role: This is a senior sales role for a high-performing pensions professional. You will lead complex new business pursuits, develop strategic relationships with introducers and corporate clients, and identify cross-sell opportunities across Employee Benefits, Flexible Benefits, Healthcare and Group Risk. You will be accountable for a substantial sales pipeline, delivering against ambitious targets and maintaining the highest standards of commercial and regulatory compliance. We will count on you to: Manage your own new business pipeline, from lead generation to contract execution, using our CRM and sales systems.
