Position Summary The Early Childhood Education Instructor will deliver high-quality instruction for the Richmond Campus’s early childhood education programs, including CDA training and skills training. This position plays a vital role in supporting workforce development efforts by offering flexible, on-demand instruction for childcare organizations and community partners. Major Responsibilities: - Teach assigned Early Childhood Education skills training sessions in person, online, or on-site at partner organizations. - Design engaging, relevant instructional activities aligned with state standards and credentialing requirements. - Support students in developing professional competencies needed for success in early childhood environments. - Collaborate with the Employer Training Coordinators and campus leadership to schedule and deliver training based on community demand. - Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and credential completion. - Serve as an ambassador for the Richmond Campus’s early childhood education initiatives.
