You will be "building the plane while flying", helping to design and commission our new state-of-the-art facilities while ensuring our current labs remain 100% operational and productive. This is a highly hands-on role where you balance long-term infrastructure strategy with the daily grit of a scale-up: from coordinating complex waste removal and chemical procurement to optimizing floor space for incoming tools.
