Wage $16.32-$18.13 per hour WHY JOIN THE TEAM?: - Benefits offering (health, dental, vision, life, 401(k), paid time off) - 10% off groceries for you and your family - Flexible scheduling - Daily pay options - Opportunities for advancement Scratch Baker – Graveyard Shift ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform bakery functions such as mixing, scaling, proofing, baking, frying, and finishing on one or more bakery items as directed, according to standard formulas and procedures. - Knowledgeable of basic bakery terms and processes such as fermentation, bench time, proofing, and effects of temperature variations on bakery items. - Assist in making orders for bakery ingredients and supplies and maintain inventory levels in accordance with department and store policy. - Capable of filling, rotating, arranging and merchandising displays and display cases. - Possess knowledge of pricing, dating, wrapping or bagging of all bakery products in accordance with Bakery Merchant. - Continually be proactive on self-development so that additional duties and responsibilities can be assumed. - Comply with all company safety and accident prevention policies, reporting all accidents to the Bak...
