SUMMARY: The Technical Training Specialist educates employees and customers on basic and advanced courses in industrial automation and maintenance skills. This role delivers hands-on and classroom instruction, develops and updates curriculum and training materials, and works closely with customers and internal teams to identify skill gaps and training needs. The specialist also supports training sales efforts, coordinates class logistics, and ensures all programs align with current industry standards and certifications JOB DUTIES: - Responsible for instructor assignments within assigned product group category. - Responsible for customer quotations and sales within assigned product group category. - Coordinates equipment rotation with service technician within assigned product group category. - Schedules open-enrollment and in-plant classes. - Communicates proactively with stakeholders to promote Learning & Development programs and products. - Communicates with strategic suppliers to stay up-to-date on current products and market trends. - Promotes training sales through Motion Industries' branch and corporate sales force. - Delivers technical instruction for employees and customers...
