Position Title: ServiceNow CMDB Manager Location: Multiple Locations: Dallas, TX · Austin, TX · Boston, MA · New York, NY · Denver, CO · Los Angeles, CA · Ashburn, VA Your role: The ServiceNow CMDB Manager is responsible for the architecture, integrity, and ongoing maturity of the CMDB within our ServiceNow platform. This role ensures that configuration data is accurate, complete, and aligned with the needs of our datacenter operations, infrastructure teams, and service delivery functions. You will lead CMDB governance, drive integration with Microsoft‑centric systems, and partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure the CMDB is a trusted source of truth for ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management, and operational decision‑making.
