About The Role: The National Safety Manager works to prevent workplace accidents, incidents and promotes health, safety, and security awareness and education of Veho employees, various contractors, and business partners. You are responsible for creating, implementing, leading and managing Veho’s safety/security program while making sure employees follow laws, policies, and procedures for a safer work environment. Additionally, you manage systems, tools and vendor relationships that aid in the compliance of said policies across Veho. What you’ll do: - Lead Veho’s Safety program across the network of warehouses. - Create, build, implement and hold teams accountable to safety initiatives, existing and new. - Assist, plan and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state and federal rules and regulations including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). - Cross-functional support on all new business initiatives, facilities, and clients.
