SHIFT HOURS: 3:45 PM - 1:00 AM MONDAY - FRIDAY, WEEKENDS AS NEEDED: SHIFT PAY: $25.95 - $33.80 AN HOUR: BENEFITS AVAILABLE DAY ONE: ON THE JOB TRAINING: PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Maintenance Mechanic performs preventative, maintenance, and repairs of large manufacturing equipment (hydraulic, pneumatic, conveyor, etc.). RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: - Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines, including cleaning, oiling, lubricating, changing belts machinery as necessary to ensure machines are in optimal working condition - Identify root cause of unexpected breakdowns of machines; repair quickly and efficiently to decrease downtime for machine - Record and report damaged, worn, or broken parts, ordering and installing replacement parts for machines as needed - Prepare reports documenting work performed. - Clean, organize, inventory, stock, and otherwise maintains shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies as needed - Coordinate with managers to schedule regular maintenance on machines. - Collaborate with department heads regarding new products being added and modifications that will be required - Make necessary modifications and implements tests runs; confers with pro...
