Description The role of the Fulfillment Manager is to oversee all operations related to fulfillment, hand assembly, warehousing, and shipping/receiving. The individual must be able to facilitate industry best practices, manage issues or conflicts with quick resolution, maintain best safety practices and manage his/her team effectively. This position requires a self-motivated, mature individual that can work in a fast paced, time sensitive environment. SPECIFIC DUTIES: § Manage the day-to-day operations of fulfillment, hand assembly, shipping, receiving and warehousing/inventory control. § Design, review and document processes to drive efficiencies, streamline operations and optimize cross training opportunities. § Lead and support the production coordinator team and ensure customer SLAs are being met for pick and pack orders. § Ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost; determine best process for cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and assist in defining low stock thresholds and notifications. § Act as the subject matter expert for PrintStream, Process Shipper, and any additional software needed. § Work with temporary...
