Description ORGANIZATIONAL UNIT: FireLake Express Grocery: SUPERVISOR: Front End Manager: FLSA: Non-Exempt: SALARY: $10.00-$14.00 Per Hour: JOB TITLE: A sacker is responsible for maintaining customer services. He/she is responsible for stocking and maintaining inventory levels, controlling expenses, shortages, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control. He/she is responsible for maintaining excellent housekeeping procedures during stocking of store. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1 Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a customer friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of customer service. 2 Implement and maintain customer service standards. 3 Maintain all merchandising standards, display presentation and monitor inventory levels. 4 Ensure housekeeping policies are maintained during stocking procedures. 5 Maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures, emphasizing loss prevention and safety. 6 Any other duties as assigned by management.
