Deliver essential Safety-Care, CPR/First Aid, and Orientation trainings that directly impact staff readiness and the well-being of those in our care. Position Overview The Corporate Training Specialist delivers instructor-led trainings, including Orientation, Safety Care, and CPR/First Aid, while ensuring staff competency and certification compliance. Reporting to the Learning & Development team, this role combines classroom instruction, hands-on coaching, and training record management to support a safe, skilled, and mission-driven workforce.
