Job description

PBS4 is a values led social care provider for adults with Neurodisability, we support people to live in their own homes, with their own tenancies and our model of support is a practice called Positive Behaviour Support. We are a medium-sized organisation supporting 120 people across Hampshire, Dorset, Berkshire, Somerset and Oxfordshire and with a workforce of around 400. As PBS4 grows, the demands for both training delivery and clinical input increase and develop. The post holder will be a key member of the clinical and training team to support the implementation of PBS and delivery of training both across the organisation and externally. They will work closely with the people we support and their support team to ensure competency in PBS and quality of PBS plans. We will support the successful applicant to pursue further education and training either in learning and development or Positive Behaviour Support. Alternative education pathways may be considered. If not already, we will support the successful applicant to become a PROACT-SCIPr-UK(R) instructor.
