The Education Specialist BSN facilitates the development of care giving staff in the application of the care delivery process along with the delivery of nursing care. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Facilitates orientation, in-services, CPR training and continuing education programs to support agency goals and objectives Assures compliance with orientation policies and procedures Functions as a professional role model and mentor Completes and submits documentation for educational programming.
