Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Provide 2nd Line Support for equipment in London MCR / DCs in relation to Telstra’s Internet Delivery Network (IDN), Global Media Network (GMN), Special Events Network (SEN), 2110 systems and cloud platforms - Work with teammates and operations teams to facilitate any changes to config/ upgrades or maintenance on any live platform system. - Be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during live broadcast for live events. - Assist in the installation and configuration of equipment. - Stay informed about advancements in broadcast technology and industry trends.
