The Opportunity The Contracts Manager is responsible for managing all contracts within Ulteig’s Power Lifeline sector, ensuring strong contract governance and compliance. This role provides contract lifecycle expertise, balancing the protection of Ulteig’s assets, minimizing claims and business risk, and supporting client and business line needs. As a key partner to execution teams, this position ensures that contract workflows are efficient, structured, and aligned with business goals. The Contracts Manager reports to the Director – Project Management & EPC Delivery and plays a critical role in contract oversight, process improvements, and risk mitigation. What You’ll Do: - Oversee all Power Lifeline Sector contracts, ensuring timely and effective management from review through negotiation to execution. - Leads and manages workflow of all contract stages in collaboration with internal legal and sales teams. Reviews, revises, drafts, negotiates, and closes commercial contracts, including but not limited to master services agreements, professional services agreements, statements of work, licenses, RFP responses and proposals, non-disclosure agreements, technology service agreements,...
