Your Key Responsibilities: - Ensure consistent application of methods, guidelines, and procedures to meet agreed KPIs. - Oversee fine-scheduling and sequencing of production orders to optimize workflow and resource allocation. - Review, confirm, and approve production orders, allocating resources effectively. - Ensure availability and readiness of all production infrastructure, including tools, maintenance, and setup operations. - Identify and recommend procedural or organizational improvements to enhance Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) performance. - Train, coach, and support direct reports for effective execution of their roles. - Monitor production floor compliance with schedules and performance targets. - Coordinate efforts to reduce scrap and improve production efficiency. - Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of 5S practices within the producti...
