Overview We are a fast-growing company looking to bring on a Warehouse/Inventory Team Lead with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. This Warehouse Lead is expected to be a strategic thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills. You will have the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment facilitating internal Warehouse Logistics and Inventory Management responsibilities onsite at our Burlington, MA Warehouse, and report to the Logistics Manager. Responsibilities: - Work independently and in a team, environment overseeing the performance of the finished goods cycle count program to ensure accuracy and control of inventory volumes and accurate ERP transactions. Assist in performing daily cycle counts, adjustments, replenishments, and investigations reporting any variances. - Microsoft Dynamics (ERP) experience preferably with Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience. - Load, organize, and unload packages. Properly store and package materials in accordance with company policy and procedures.
