Position: Operations Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor Location: Richmond, VA Duration: Full time, Direct Salary: Up to $92,000/Annual (Depending on experience and skills) We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor to join our team in Richmond, VA. Comfortable climate-controlled facility covering over 745,000 square feet. About The Role: - The Operations Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor is responsible for overseeing overall equipment effectiveness, evaluating production/packaging line improvements, new equipment requirements, and troubleshooting protocols. - Prioritizes work, schedules and assigns appropriate personnel to complete the work. - Coordinates with the different departments to release the equipment for service. - Arrange shutdowns as needed. - Obtain permits as needed. - Responsible for parts inventory management and for preventive/predictive maintenance programs. - Serves as a continuous improvement champion for overall equipment effectiveness. - Provides technical input for the development of e...
