What You’ll Do: The Data and Reporting Officer supports the Data Lead in delivering accurate, timely reports that drive strategic decisions, compliance, and better outcomes for vulnerable children and youth. Based in Midland, you'll handle data collection, analysis, quality assurance, CMS optimisation, and staff training. You'll transform raw data into actionable insights, ensure compliance with governance standards, troubleshoot systems, and mentor teams - keeping our services data-driven and effective.
