This position is responsible for carrying out Medical Equipment Management Plan as directed by department manager. May advance to Clinical Engineering Technician II with demonstrated experience when there is a business need or an opening at the Clinical Engineering Technician II level. The Clinical Engineering Technician I is responsible for: Work schedule: FTE: 1.0 (40 hrs. weekly), Day Shift - Performing preventive and corrective maintenance as well as scheduled services and related technical activities with close supervision, on medical equipment - Work closely with internal care departments to plan and coordinate projects related to key medical equipment. - Maintain an electronic equipment inventory, parts inventory, and work order documentation System. - Maintain equipment conditions assessment of major medical equipment. - Communicate with customers regarding equipment status and proper o...
