Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: - Position: Registered Nurse, Cardiac Imaging - Location: Highland Park, Cardiac Rapid Consulting Center - Full Time - Hours: 7:00-3:30, 7:30-4:00 or 8:00-4:30 (depending on site) - Required Travel: yes, must rotate sites in Bannockburn, Gurnee and Glenview - On Call: One Saturday a month, 8 – 12 pm What you will do: - Perform stress testing - Develops a plan of care that identifies interventions to achieve expected outcomes. Evaluates patient’s progress toward attainment of outcomes, systematically revises diagnosis, interventions and expected outcomes as needed. - Provides patient assessment and collection of health data involving patient, family and other health care providers. . - Communicates plan of care to patient and family regularly respecting the patient’s wishes through acknowledgment of patient/family perceptions of health and illness and mutual goal setting for optimal outcomes.
