Recovery Worker Location: Leicestershire Working Hours: 37 hours per week. (Part-time hours may be available) Contract Type: Full- time, Permanent Salary: £25,877.80 - £30,868 per annum About the Role: Join Waythrough at Box Tree Farm as a Recovery Worker, supporting adults experiencing mental health crises within a recovery-focused environment. Box Tree Farm is a 24-hour Crisis House service operating 365 days a year, providing support to individuals aged 18 and over. This role is centred around helping people regain independence, confidence, and stability during difficult periods in their lives. Working as part of a rota-based team, you will provide compassionate and person-centred support while helping individuals work towards their personal recovery goals. Waythrough was formed in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship .
