TITLE: Summer Dual Credit Residential Mentor DEPARTMENT: TBD: REPORTS TO: Director of Dual Credit CLASSIFICATION: Staff-Temporary: EFFECTIVE DATE: June 5, 2026 – July 3, 2026 STANDARD WORK HOURS: 40 hours per week EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Temporary: EMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATION: Exempt: JOB SUMMARY: STEM Momentum is a four-week residential program in which high school students take up to two college courses while living on campus. Classes are offered from Monday to Friday each week. During the week, classes are held in the morning and early afternoon, and time is set aside for lunch. During the evening, the Office of Dual Credit staff and Summer Dual Credit Residential Mentors will organize and lead activities and events for the students. A Mentor provides leadership and guidance for a group of students, ensuring a quality experience for students. A Mentor creates positive, professional relationships with students. Under the direction of the Office of Dual Credit, the Mentor will be responsible for assisting with the planning, development, and implementation of program activities.
