TN Quality Care Hospice is seeking an Admissions RN to join their growing team in the Clarksville area. This field-based position is responsible for performing admission assessments and initiating a plan of care that optimizes patient and family-directed comfort and quality of life. HOURS : Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm: TERRITORY : Clarksville and the surrounding area.
